Easy HTML and other resources for learning what you need to know to make an effective site

While it is absolutely possible to create your online store without knowing a single bit of “code” – learning even a little will give you so much more control over the look and feel of your store. The equivalent of learning a foreign language – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iFrames – it goes on and on – there are tools to make the process manageable. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite books to help give you a head start on learning this new language. You can do this!

All of these books are available at Amazon.com. Some of them are available in a kindle / reader edition and some of them may also be available at a local bookstore or library in your area. In any case they are great resources for you to consider.
